A Native San Diegan and life-long resident, Mr. Steve Lai the Agency Principal's expertise in managing and evaluating risk is the foundation for the company's success. Mr. Lai holds Property & Casualty, Accident, Fire, Life and Health Insurance Licenses and has an extensive background in Personal, Professional and Commercial Lines. Mr. Lai's appointments in the marketplace reflect his ability to manage a profitable book of business with minimal losses while maintaining high retention ratios. In addition, Mr. Lai is a contributor to the San Diego Humane Society, Public Broadcasting Service and a volunteer at the San Diego Food Bank. Mr. Lai also believes in supporting local businesses and being an active participant in his community.
